3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Procedure

When you reserve a charter, you must:

  • Be no less than 18 years of age
  • Submit true and complete information
  • Remit the required deposit as stated in your booking confirmation
  • Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only with payment receipt and our formal confirmation. We hold the right to deny service to any individual at our sole discretion.

3.3 Charter Availability

Our charter availability is subject to the accessibility of the yacht and favorable weather conditions. We will endeavor to accommodate your requested dates and times as much as possible.

4. Payment Conditions

4.1 Costing

All charges are presented in € and include applicable taxes unless explicitly indicated. Prices are subject to modification without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Timeline

  • Deposit: 50% of the overall charter cost at the time of booking
  • Balance: Payable 48 hours preceding the charter's departure
  • Supplementary charges (if any): Payable upon the charter's completion

4.3 Methods of Payment

We accept main credit cards, wire transfers, and certified bank drafts. Payments are processed through secure and encrypted systems.

5. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Client Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours prior to departure: Full reimbursed payment minus administrative fees
  • Between 24 and 72 hours before departure: 50% reimbursement
  • Under 24 hours before departure: No reimbursement

5.2 Cancellations Due to Weather

If our captain considers weather conditions to be unsafe, we will propose to:

  • Reschedule the charter to a new available date at no added cost
  • Issue a complete refund if rescheduling is unfeasible

5.3 Mechanical Failures

If there are mechanical issues with your scheduled yacht, we will try to provide an appropriate replacement. If no replacement is available, a complete refund will be offered.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Policies

All guests are expected to:

  • Heed all instructions from the crew
  • Don safety gear when required
  • Disclose any medical conditions that may impact their safety
  • Keep to the designated areas on the yacht

6.2 Forbidden Items

Certain items are prohibited on board:

  • Glassware
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or other weapons
  • Excessive quantities of non-alcoholic drinks beyond reasonable consumption
  • Pets (unless given prior approval)

6.3 Behavior

Guests must behave in a respectful and considerate manner. We retain the right to cease a charter prematurely without reimbursement if the conduct of any passenger endangers safety or interferes with the enjoyment of others.

7. Accountability and Insurance

7.1 Accountability on Our Part

Our liability is confined to the amount paid for the charter. We are not liable for:

  • Injuries due to personal negligence
  • Loss or damage to private possessions
  • Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
  • Delays attributable to weather or other conditions beyond our control

7.2 Insurance Policies

We hold extensive marine insurance for our yachts and their operations. You are responsible for securing your travel and personal insurance coverage.

7.3 Acceptance of Risk

By partaking in our charter services, you acknowledge that activities at sea carry intrinsic risks and you accept personal accountability for your safety and health.

8. Adjustments and Itinerary Alterations

We retain the right to amend itineraries, pathways, or timetables according to meteorological conditions, security considerations, or operational needs. We will make every attempt to ensure parallel alternative experiences.

9. Unforeseen Circumstances

We are not answerable for interruptions, cancellations, or changes caused by factors beyond our authority, which include, but are not limited to:

  • Extreme weather circumstances
  • Natural cataclysms
  • Mandates from authorities
  • Harbor closures
  • Technical malfunctions

10. Confidentiality and Information Security

We manage your private data in line with our Privacy Policy. By engaging with our services, you concur to the collection and usage of your information as specified in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property Rights
